Joe Gaspard Performance Coaching Client Agreement:
This agreement is made between Joe Gaspard (“Coach”), and Client (“Client”).
Both parties agree to the following:
Coaching is an ongoing relationship between a coach and a client. The opportunity for

Coaching is a structure that facilitates the process of personal, professional and / or
spiritual development. The Client and Coach agree that the coaching relationship will be
Coaching is for individuals who are emotionally and psychologically healthy and who
want to make changes and move forward in their lives. Coaching is not advice, therapy
By entering this relationship, the Coach and Client acknowledge that the Client wants to
make significant progress and change in his/her life. The Coach and client commit to
working with each other for a three‐month period.
The client is responsible for his/her own results and all guarantees are based on the clients completion of assignments and implementation of program materials.
COACHING SESSION PROCEDURES:
All coaching sessions are conducted in person or by telephone/Skypeunless otherwise arranged with the Coach.
At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to meet/call the Coach at an agreed
upon location/number. The Coach and client commit to start and finish each session on time. If
the client is more than 10 minutes late (without notification) for a coaching session, the Coach will assume the
session is cancelled and the client will forfeit the session fee.
Rescheduling a coaching session is easily done with appropriate notice. Please allow for
at least 24 hours notice to appointment changes.
In the instance of a missed session, arrangements may be made to make up the missed session up 14 days beyond the end date of the previously agreed upon end date.
In between coaching sessions, the client may feel free to e‐mail the Coach. Calls made
between the scheduled calls are permissible and based on availability; the parties agree
to keep the calls to 15 minutes or less.
All materials need for this program will be provided on a weekly basis (beginning on 01 September 2015) Client is expected to complete all assignments and to submit for review as requested by the Coach. Materials are not to reused or redistributed with express written consent of the Coach.
The coaching relationship is built on trust. The Coach agrees to keep all conversations
and information with the Client private and confidential. No personal ideas, information
or thoughts expressed will be shared with anyone except with the permission of the Client.
3 Month Commitment – The Client receives one (1), 60 minute coaching session coaching session each week for three months.
Supplemental telephone conversations and on‐going email support is also provided.
Fees are payable in advance (up to 30 days) before the 90 day coaching program begins.
The Client agrees to pay the 90 day fee (or 3 Monthly Installments) before coaching services are provided for the

If for any reason the client is unsatisfied after final payment has been made all monies will be returned as long as the following conditions have been met:
1. Client is in attendance for all 12 scheduled sessions
2. Client completes and returns all assignments to the coach with the time frame specified by the coach
3. Client has made full payments on or before due dates.
